Job Description: We are seeking a very loyal, dedicated, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You must share the same level of dedication and commitment that we present to our clients. Strong rapport and and an empathetic attitude is required to maintain the confidence of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a skill set that encompasses: excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and fall deeply in love with our clients and want to help them help themselves.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text Maintain accurate records and update customer information Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar Provide support to the credit restoration team as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or higher (preferred) Previous experience in customer service or office administration Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are key attributes.

$16-18 Hourly to start. however, after initial 2 weeks of training we will present you with a pay plan that you will find is more than adequate which will include Incentives, and bonuses.
