We are currently seeking agents for the Customer Service Department.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Communicate with other departments to make sure work is completed to high standards.
great problem solver, as well as a whiz at Google Sheets or willing to learn
We need someone who can also think quick on their feet, have great communication skills and great multi tasking skills
Operating a communications system as well as providing excellent customer service to each and every customer.
Navigate through multiple screens and platforms to ensure quality assistance ( granot experience is a plus)
Execute daily tasks and calendar management
Qualifications:
Proficient with Google sheets and the capability of learning new software specific to our industry (granot)
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Self-Motivated and ability to multitask, work with limited supervision and meet deadlines
This position is required to be in office - not remote.

Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
