Job Description:
As a Customer Service Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and proactively preventing cancellations. Your goal is to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients to ensure they remain loyal to our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with our services.
Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Identify opportunities to provide additional services to meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Monitor retention metrics and implement strategies to improve retention rates.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the health insurance or related industries.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Job Details:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
On-site position in South Florida (No remote options)
Weekly pay $700 + Spiffs & bonuses every week
