This company is one of the largest air conditioning and heating equipment distributors in the USA and is headquartered in Medley, Florida.

This opening is for a full-time office position, providing technical support to nationwide clientele over the phone, via email, chat, etc.

Our products are sold all across the United States through all major online marketplaces, such as Amazon, the Home Depot, as well as our e-commerce channels. We sell and ship over a thousand shipments daily.

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced person to operate within our technical support department, handle complex situations, and resolve customer requests. In addition to possessing in-depth knowledge in the HVAC field, the ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in customer service with high volumes of customer interaction and possess a high level of skills in Communication, Problem Solving, and Teamwork.

We are in search of someone who is well-spoken and experienced with finding and expediting resolutions for customers most efficiently and satisfactorily.

Inquiries from clients, marketplaces, and shipment providers will need to be promptly and professionally handled to keep our corporate ratings at the top levels. The technical support department will ensure the highest level of service presented to all clients at all times.
