Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients and resolve issues as needed
2. Work with customers in-person (we are not a call center environment)
3. Give informative answers to all questions in a friendly manner
4. Go above and beyond in service for clients and their customers
5. Attend staff meetings and/or meetings with clients
