Job Summary:
We will train you as a Customer Service Representative specializing in Truck Insurance, you will be a point of contact for our clients in the trucking industry. You will provide exceptional service, assist with policy inquiries, policy changes etc. and ensure our clients have the support they need to protect their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to truck insurance policies via phone, email,
Provide accurate information regarding policy details, coverage options.
Assist customers with policy changes, and endorsements.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our Management System.
Must speak and write Spanish and English.
