We are currently seeking entry-level Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and supporting our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services to answer customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns.

Building trust and rapport through clear, respectful, and solutions-oriented communication.

Addressing and resolving customer account issues with professionalism and empathy.

Handling every customer interaction with a problem-solving mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.

Supporting sales and enrollment processes when needed by closing service requests or customer orders.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated individuals who thrive on helping others and want to be part of a supportive team. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not required. Ideal candidates will possess:

A background in customer service or sales (preferred, not required)
