Hiring: Customer Service Representative for Miami Midtown Showroom
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Miami Midtown showroom. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, interacting with customers, and managing day-to-day tasks, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, whether walk-ins or scheduled appointments.
-Provide a welcoming experience and answer any questions customers may have.
-Dispatch orders via Uber Eats as they come in, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
-Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
-Perform additional support tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Professional and presentable demeanor.
-Reliable and punctual.
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic computer skills (for managing Uber Eats dispatch and appointment scheduling).
Location:
Our showroom is conveniently located in Miami Midtown close to Biscayne Boulevard and 27th St.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Hourly rate to be discussed.
