Kenco Home Inspections, a trusted family-owned company serving South Florida for over 23 years, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a hybrid of in-office and remote work, helping support our clients while ensuring smooth scheduling and clear communication.
Responsibilities
Answer and return client calls promptly and professionally
Schedule and manage inspection appointments
Respond to client emails and inquiries
Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the inspection process
Keep schedules and records organized and up to date
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (especially over the phone)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
High school diploma required
Scheduling experience a plus
Must have a reliable home office setup with computer and internet access
