Broward Law Firm is seeking a Spanish Fluent Customer Service Trainer. The Customer Service Trainer oversees employee performance, team building and training of the customer service staff and assists attorneys with customer service skills for our English and Spanish Customer Service Departments. The Customer Service Trainer will also maintain and facilitate communication with supervisors and the management team regarding new information or relevant updates to procedures or services.
Duties will include: Ongoing training of Customer Service Representatives; Identify and expedite correction of problems relating to Customer Service Staff; Receive and handle Customer Service calls as needed; Cross train to assist with conflict of interest checks and correspondence as needed; Provide excellent customer service and set standards/expectation for customer service standards. Assist attorneys with improving customer service skills. Previous law office experience a plus.
Candidates should possess demonstrated customer support skills; the ability to multitask and deal with ever changing issues and priorities in a fast-paced work environment and a team player attitude.
