Customer Service Representative

Life Healthcare Services, a leading Home Medical Equipment company serving South Florida since1995,
is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative / dispatcher / intake coordinator with strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter and process customer orders
Schedule and coordinate deliveries, pickups and services
Dispatch orders to drivers and monitor GPS
Assure drivers are meeting the order timeframe
Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting support for patients and equipment issues
Position Details:
Full-time Monday - Friday, rotating weekends
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
On-site position (no remote work)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative
Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
