We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented E-Commerce Professional with strong technical and operational skills to manage and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms including Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, BigCommerce, and company websites (Google-based).
Create, edit, and optimize product listings with accurate pricing, descriptions, and compliance details.
Handle day-to-day seller account tasks — order processing, returns, customer messages, and account health monitoring.
Analyze pricing, inventory, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Assist with IT-related tasks, integrations, and troubleshooting (API setups, feed management, or automation tools like ShipStation, SellerCloud, or Finale).
Coordinate with management on promotions, new listings, and product strategy.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Portal required.
Experience with BigCommerce or Shopify preferred.
Strong IT/tech skills — ability to work with CSVs, product feeds, and integrations.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
