Basic Job Functions:
- Business to Business (B2B) telephone skills
- Use a consultative approach to support our sales team & deepen existing business relationships
- Perform demonstrations of our services, via the telephone, with current & prospective customers
- Demonstrate great follow up skills in order to articulate the value of our services
- Tailor the needs of prospective customers to the various business services we offer
Requirements:
- Preferably one (1) year of business to business experience
- High level of communication & follow up skills. (Must be highly detail oriented)
- Computer savvy proficient with the internet, Excel & Outlook
- Self-motivated with a high level of work ethic and integrity
- Ability to meet daily production requirements & monthly quota requirements
- Eagerness to learn a new industry, product, & sell its value effectively
