We are an Insurance Agency that is focused on Final Expense Life Insurance sales to senior citizens. We have a very organized system, great leadership, good vibes, and are growing because of it! We now are looking to add on 1-2 Customer Service agents.
Candidates need to have the following characteristics:
Strong emphasis on multitasking
Organized
Proficient with computers (simple typing and navigating!)
Coachable
Able to build rapport with members
Duties:
Call members to win back payments
Speak to members to double check all gathered information is correct
Assist in submitting application to carriers
Send text messages to members
Log information into excel spreadsheets
Monday - Friday 9-6PM
Business professional with dress down Fridays
Close to Tri-Rail, I-95, and Turnpike
Pay TBD based off EXP!
