Great location in Fort Lauderdale. We're looking for Customer Service Representatives for Health Insurance to join our awesome Team. Job duties consist of answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers in finding providers, sending customers id cards, calling customers to make monthly payments, assisting customers understanding their benefits, winning customers who call in to cancel, etc.
Customer Service Reps ultimate responsibilities will be to Retain Clients, Service Clients and Win Clients.
