Moving company located in Delray Beach is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fronters. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our services and setting the stage for successful debt resolution. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and transferring qualified clients.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high volume calls on an auto dialer
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Previous experience in sales or customer service
