Position: Appointment Setter
Location: Cypress Creek RD Fort Lauderdale
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Are you a confident individual with a great voice looking for a dynamic opportunity in the medical field? We are seeking a talented medical appointment setter to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential Dr's Offices.
Confirm Fax Received and set follow up calls.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with a clear, pleasant, and professional voice.
Strong confidence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
