Confirm with customers scheduling pick-ups and deliveries.
Resolving issues: Handling customer complaints, problems, and disputes in a professional and efficient manner. This may involve investigating issues, coordinating with relevant departments, and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the company's database or CRM system.
Providing post-move support: Following up with customers after their move to ensure their satisfaction, address any post-move issues, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
