I have been running permits for over 10 years. Familiar with in- person and digital permit applications in the construction field. Familiar with all Miami Dade and Broward online websites. Follow-up on permits as well as submittals of any corrections required as well as scheduling of all required inspections for completion of permit. Regular contact with reviewers and permit clerks at designated cities.
