We currently have an opening for an experienced receptionist and administrative assistant for well-established property management firm. 1 to 2 years' experience is preferred and someone looking for long term employment.
Responsibilities Include but not limited:
Maintain a positive attitude while greeting visitors and keeping a professional environment.
Answer all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system in a professional manner
Handle incoming mail and emails, sort, stamp and distribute to applicable department.
Assist Office team members as needed.
Basic Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and computer skills are required
Assist Property Management team in all daily activities as needed
Work consistently to help Management Department keep organized and to make sure all Correspondence is Properly distributed
Keep record of daily visitors
General Office Filing daily and weekly
Skills and Traits needed:
Self-Starter, self-motivated, and able to multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher. Able to effectively communicate with management, tenants, and employees. To be a team member and to help out in any way required. Need to be punctual, dependable and take initiative. Be able to promptly perform duties in a timely manner.
