We are seeking to hire a customer service representative. We are a long-distance moving company that coordinates over 2500 moves every year. This is a full-time position in the office. Experience in the moving industry is preferred but will train the right candidate.
Your day to day responsibilities would include:
- When speaking to customers: Listen, acknowledge, sympathize, act.
- Basic computer skills required. Noting files in the database.
- Good problem-solving skills with customers making complaints.
- Answering incoming calls - Setting time to call back and follow up
- Clear and respectful communication skills.
- Fielding customer complaints.
- Follow up calls before/after the move
- Resolving customer issues
Pay starts at $700/week. With an additional $75 for partial weekend shifts.
This is a 1099 position as an independent contractor.
We pay weekly, every Friday.

Shifts Available:
Mon-Thurs: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday/Sunday Hours: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm/12:00 - 4:00pm/1:00pm - 5:00pm
Every other weekend required!
