Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Provide feedback on customer service process improvements
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding service
Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and customer service software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required
