We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservations Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our valued Members.
Responsibilities:
Research and Recommendations: Conduct thorough research on diverse vacation destinations, accommodations, flights, and rental car options.
Member Assistance: Provide personalized assistance to members throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Customer Service:
Maintain excellent communication with members, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally regarding their membership, upcoming travel and any other needs.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using reservation systems and travel industry tools
A passion for travel and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
Basic computer skills, ability to navigate a web browser, proficient typing skills.
