A local company in the Graphic Industry is offering a full-time Entry-Level position.
We are in search of a responsible person to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
We need an outgoing, people friendly and responsible person to join our team that can also handle the incoming calls and walk-ins, interact with customers and be able to learn about our products, materials and services we provide, and explain that to our clients.
The duties include providing support to our managers, assisting with daily office needs and managing some company’s general activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Have excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills (Mandatory)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Efficient, self-motivated, fast learner, especially about our products and materials.
Positive attitude, work ethic, punctual, reliable.
Strong customer service skills. Sales experience is a plus.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management and coworkers as well.
Build relationships with customers to earn repeat business (while maintaining correct boundaries).
DUTIES INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Answering incoming phone calls
Prospective cold calls
Data entry in CRM software
Processing incoming job orders
Evaluate customers concerns and resolve problems
Advice customers of product availability and pricing
Help our customers with their future purchases walk-ins and via online
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluent in English and Spanish a MUST
Experience as an administrative assistant / sales/ customer service with advanced knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
