We are seeking a Temporary Front Desk Manager to join our team from November 18 to December 6.
Job Description:
As the Temporary Front Desk Manager, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere while overseeing daily operations. You will manage appointments, coordinate with barbers, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Appointment Management:
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using our booking system to minimize wait times and optimize barber schedules.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with barbers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
Sales and Promotions:
Promote services, products, and special offers to clients, aiming to enhance overall sales and customer satisfaction.
Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the beauty or grooming industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with effective time management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and staff.
Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with scheduling software and basic office equipment.
A passion for the grooming industry and a keen eye for detail.
