Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated instructors to join our team. Whether your expertise lies in math, robotics, or coding, we have a place for you! As an instructor at Zaniac, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire students from kindergarten through 5th grade in your specialized subject area. You will help students develop essential skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity through hands-on projects and interactive lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your specialization, responsibilities include:

Math Instructor:

Teach fundamental math concepts and problem-solving techniques using engaging and interactive methods.

Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our math curriculum.

Robotics Instructor:

Guide students in building and programming robots using platforms such as VEX GO and LEGO Simple Machines.

Facilitate hands-on robotics projects that foster teamwork and innovation.

Coding Instructor:

Introduce students to basic coding principles and languages.

Help students create their own projects and games using coding skills.

General Responsibilities:

Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.

Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs.

Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classes and activities.

Qualifications:

Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.

Strong knowledge of your specialized subject area (math, robotics, or coding).

Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
