Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities following Florida Early Learning and VPK standards.
Foster a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Maintain daily routines, classroom organization, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers.
Ensure the safety, supervision, and emotional well-being of all children.
Qualifications:
Must meet DCF licensing requirements for preschool teachers.
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
Previous experience working in early childhood education.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and passion for children’s learning and growth.
