We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Drafter / Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil technical drawings, specifications, and design standards. This role requires both technical drafting expertise and the ability to produce accurate project estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise technical drawings, layouts, and details using AutoCAD.
Develop accurate project estimates and assist in cost proposals.
Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
Communicate effectively with clients, following up on estimates to support project closure and sales goals.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables meet drafting and design standards.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Civil Drafter or in a similar drafting/estimator role.
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of civil drafting standards, methods, and best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Advanced time-management and organizational abilities; able to work both independently and within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
