Organizing department activities, reviewing/vetting incoming requests, and coordinating with other departments

Perform administrative duties, including copying, scanning, and mailing

Track dates, deadlines and maintain in the calendar

Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems

Coordinate other administrative tasks as assigned and assist in claims department

File, renew and oversee insurance licensing to ensure compliance

Review and process insurance reporting

Accurately collect data and maintain in data base

Review and process invoices in a timely manner

Research, negotiate and obtain insurance commercial liability and insurance quotes for new locations

Respond to third party subpoenas, garnishments, and other court filings

Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience

Superior organizational skills required

Able to multi-task and prioritize

Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter who embraces technology

Be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient in basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Must exhibit a high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of work matter

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to work 40 hours per week

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
