We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Truck Dispatcher/Office Manager to join our team in South Florida. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the efficient transportation of materials using owner operated dump trucks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and have a strong understanding of logistics, we encourage you to apply.

1. Dispatch and Schedule: Efficiently schedule and dispatch dump trucks for material transportation, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of resources.

2. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers in both English and Spanish, ensuring they are informed of routes, schedules, and any changes in plans.

3. Routing: Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective truck routes, considering factors such as traffic, weather, and project timelines.

4. Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between dispatch, drivers, and project managers.

5. Monitoring: Track the progress of each truck and address any issues that may arise during transportation, providing solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery times, route changes, and any incidents that occur during transportation.

7. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly in both English and Spanish, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a truck dispatcher or in a similar logistics role.

2. Strong knowledge of South Florida roadways and traffic patterns.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.

4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.

5. Familiarity with dump truck operations and materials transportation is a plus.

6. Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS systems.

7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Additional Requirements:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Availability to work 50-60 hours a week, including Saturdays.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in truck dispatching or logistics is preferred.
