RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Mobile Device Distribution Specialist to join their team on a contract basis in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
REQUIREMENTS:
VMware knowledge: Worked with VMware
Apple OS knowledge (preferred, not required): Worked with IOS prior that will allow you to self-troubleshoot without having to contact Apple
MDM knowledge: We utilize Apple Business Manager for managing devices; Knowledge is preferred but not required
Exchange for Mobile Device Knowledge: We utilize enable the ability to receive email via Exchange; Knowledge is preferred but not required
Troubleshooting the device issues: Users stop by with all sorts of concerns with our Apple Devices/Managed applications; The ability to troubleshoot in affective way that also teaches the user how to resolve their concerns is preferred but not required
Adaxes/Active Directory knowledge preferred but not required; Will need to add the new mobile information to the users as well as add them to the proper groups to be able to use the MDM; There are nuances with activating devices for users that are not IT and IT
Not required but preferred, working relationship with Cellular Providers
Android OS knowledge (preferred, not required): Worked with the OS prior to that; Self-troubleshoot without having to contact Android Carrier
Characteristics:
Patience with Lay Users: Users tend to not have a large knowledge and they need to be able to teach while doing the distribution
Ability to understand the request/concern from the Requestor: When a management team member has an issue, or a concern, that they need to assist in a timely manner
