Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively understand and document new company requirements for fields, processes, and workflows.Customization and Development: Create and configure custom fields in NetSuite to capture specific data based on company needs. Develop SuiteScripts (SuiteScript 2.0) to implement custom logic, automate processes, and enhance system functionality. Proficiency in SuiteQL for querying and manipulating data within the NetSuite platform.Workflow Automation: Utilize SuiteFlow to design and implement workflow automation, streamlining business processes in line with updated requirements.User Interface Customization: Customize NetSuite user interfaces to ensure a user-friendly experience, reflecting changes in data capture and presentation.Permission and Access Controls: Adjust user roles and permissions, maintaining data security and ensuring access to new features is granted appropriately.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of customizations to identify and address any issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.Documentation: Document all customizations, providing clear insights into the rationale behind changes for future reference and auditing.Reporting Skills: Experience in designing and delivering reports that provide valuable insights to support decision-making.User Training: Provide training to users on updated features and processes, facilitating a smooth transition and optimal utilization of NetSuite.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a NetSuite Developer. Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer with expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteBilling, SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow. Strong understanding of NetSuite data model and customization capabilities.
