We are looking for a dedicated Physician Recruitment Coordinator like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the East Florida Division recruitment team by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of recruitment processes. Your primary responsibilities will include generating and maintaining reports, updating presentations for stakeholder meetings, and conducting thorough reference and background checks for potential candidates. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and other members of the team to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and internal teams.This position will support the HCA East Florida Division office in Fort Lauderdale.Key Responsibilities:Reporting: Create, manage, and analyze recruitment-related reports, providing insights and data to support decision-making.Presentation Updates: Develop and update presentations to reflect the latest recruitment data and trends for meetings with leadership and other stakeholders.Reference Checks: Conduct detailed reference checks, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information gathered from previous employers or contacts.Background Checks: Oversee the background check process, working with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate completion.Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes and reporting methods.Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma Required and Associate's Degree or Above preferred with one plus years proven experience in a recruitment or HR support role, with a strong focus on reporting and data management.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and background check processes.Physician Services Group (https://careers.hcahealthcare.com/pages/physician-services) is skilled in physician employment, practice and urgent care operations.
