Description We are in search of a Receptionist to become part of our team in the manufacturing industry located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33309, United States. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling incoming calls, ensuring effective communication via email, and providing a warm welcome to visitors. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate department Engage in email correspondence to ensure effective communication within and outside the organization Welcome visitors and ensure they receive the necessary assistance during their visit Distribute incoming mail to the respective recipients on a daily basis Ensure the lobby area is well managed and visitors are attended to promptly Carry out administrative and clerical tasks as needed Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry and organizing files Schedule appointments as necessary while maintaining a high level of customer service Project a friendly and outgoing demeanor in all interactions.
