We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, extremely personable, and capable of leading a large team in a high-volume restaurant environment. As AGM, you will work alongside the General Manager to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods across both daytime and evening shifts while maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless service flow.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a large team of staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail in all areas, from table settings to staff presentation.
- Support the General Manager in scheduling, training, and performance management of team members.
- Monitor and maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverage offerings.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and poise.
- Assist in achieving financial targets, including labor costs, sales goals, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure while maintaining composure and focus.
- Passion for delivering excellent service with an approachable and hands-on leadership style.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
