Last Call Hospitality is looking for a Barback to support our Bartenders and the rest of our staff at Redbar. You’ll assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various tasks, such as restocking the bar and preparing garnishes, venue sanitation and cleanliness, serving drinks and more. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in the hospitality industry, this is a great opportunity to get first-hand experience of how a bar operates.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, glassware, etc.
Ensure the bar is well stocked with all necessary supplies
Checks soda guns, appliances and equipment needed to properly work
Ensuring the venue is kept clean and organized.
Learns the menu and memorizes cocktail recipes
Checks that liquor bottles are fully stocked
Assists bartenders with taking orders, preparing garnishes batches and equipment needed to make drinks, opening tabs and processing payment
Busses tables and ensures the customer areas are clean
Welcomes customers and answers their questions
Organizes and stores inventory appropriately
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $29.29 per hour (minimum hourly plus tips)
