Mamma Mia's on the Beach is currently looking for high energy, fun, motivated, self-starter cashier, to join our team in Lake Worth, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior over the counter serving experience to provide excellent and timely service to our customers.
The ideal candidate is out going, dependable, fast paced, able to self-manage, passionate about food service, has a willingness to learn, and believes in providing an excellent sincere customer experience.
Responsibility:
Greet customers as they arrive and ask them how they would like to be helped once the approached the counter.
Taking orders using our Toast POS system and process customers’ cash and credit card payments
Always providing exceptional customer service
Working efficiently and consistently
Preparing salads.
Communicating with staff to ensure items are prepped and stocked and orders are ready prior to shift.
Prepping work station prior to shift start to ensure area is fully stocked for service shift.
Cleaning prep station at shift end and put away supplies.
Communicating with customers in person with professionalism and enthusiasm and sell the products.
Minimizing waste and optimizing performance.
Maintaining a clean and safe space – for customers and employees, in accordance with operations and sanitation and safety rules.
Restock merchandise, make boxes for products
Maintain work area clean and organized at all times.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be willing to work as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and prepare orders in a timely manner for both walk ins and online platform orders such as Uber and Door Dash.
Maintains a professional image at all times that fall within the uniform policy.
Answers questions in regards to menu items, ingredients and memorizes daily menu.
Ensures the food is warmed, presented and to the customer's satisfaction.
Experience providing excellent customer service quickly and efficiently.
A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure with other staff.
Able to perform high- quality work while unsupervised.

Pay Range: $10/ Hour + Tips
