LYNN Catering powered by Sodexo at Lynn University is seeking a qualified
Catering Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will have: High end culinary experience with strong back of the house knowledge. Must be organized and hands on with an emphasis on food presentation, quality, diverse cuisines, menu design & implementation with fresh ideas utilizing market trends.
The Catering Sous Chef will work in conjunction with the Catering Director on developing new menu ideas for a variety of events that will be executed on campus.
Must maintain high standards, positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
Flexible schedule is a must. Including Evening and Weekend Availability (Most Holidays off)
Competitive Hourly Rate based on Experience. $24 - $28
