Skills/Qualifications
3+ years in the same or similar position and responsibility
Creative, guest-facing individual, comfortable in FOH and BOH
Monitor the operational flow of the restaurant ensuring culinary, and DOH standards and protocols are being followed and executed
Manage recruitment needs for the restaurant by proactively interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
Conduct pre-shift with the culinary team to keep them informed on updates and goals
Solid financial abilities: menu costing, inventory control, labor productivity/control, budgeting, and forecasting
Work varied shifts, including weekend and holidays, flexible and can work with a schedule change
