The #1 Priority of this position is…
Prep-cook - To assist cooks with the preparation of meals for our residents, employees, guests & for special events. Properly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils & work surfaces in the kitchen area.
Cook - Prepare & handle meals under the direction of the Chef, in accordance with the daily production schedule, to the satisfaction of the supervisor & residents.
Dishwasher - To ensure all dishes and silverware that are used in the kitchen are always clean and ready for use.
