AMC Foods is back for the 2025 South Florida Fair!
Holy Macaroni, Tex Mex and All Wrapped Up!
Positions Open:
1. Front Counter (Customer Service & Sales)
Description: Talking to customers, taking orders, serving drinks
Requirements: Strong communication skills, experience with point-of-sale system, basic math. Must be able to work all days of fair. Must be fluent in English; fluent in Spanish is added bonus.
Compensation: $14-$17 hr., based on experience; Paid weekly
Dates: 1/17 - 2/2
2. Back of House– Prep Cook
Description: Prep produce, proteins, sauces, rice and pasta. Work in a separate fully equipped prep kitchen behind our booth.
Requirements: Must have brick & mortar fine dining kitchen experience (Fast food or food truck experience does NOT count). Must follow recipes and work to complete a daily par list. You will be prepping for the entire restaurant. Must be VERY clean, organized and detail oriented. Good knife skills and capable of lifting supplies and food stock
Compensation. Based on experience ($16 hour up to $20 Hour)
Dates: 1/17 - 2/2
Shifts: Flexible Hours; 6-10 hours daily (More available)
Other Requirements for all positions: 18 Years or older. Transportation to and from venue. Ability to sustain through pay day (No draws or advances given). Absolutely zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol and any inappropriate physical or verbal behavior towards others, customers or venue staff. Right to drug test and perform background check as we see fit.
