Line Cooked needed for "THE BEST NEW RESTAURANT IN BOCA RATON"
Join our quickly growing team at Medi Terra, a vibrant a chef-driven dining destination featuring cuisine from around the Western Mediterranean. Just named "Best new restaurant in Boca Raton" by Boca Magazine.
Position starts at $20/ hour with 30-40 hours per week guaranteed. Hourly rate increases based on individual's performance and responsibilities.
Previous full-service restaurant experience is a must. If you’re a person who is motivated, reliable, a team player, willing and eager to learn and can multitask, we want to hear from you!
Specific Task and Duties include but not limited to:
-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Follow prep lists and recipes
-Prepare food for service by working stations
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
-Clean up station
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Physical Requirements:
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking
