Join our dynamic team as we seek dedicated individuals for both part-time and full-time positions as Line Cooks and Pizza Makers.
We are located at 2720 East Oakland Park Blvd. Fort Lauderdale FL, 33306
Position: Line Cooks and Pizza Makers
Operating Hours: 3:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Starting Pay: $16 per hour plus tips.
Responsibilities:
Pizza Makers: Prepare dough, pizza sauce, and toppings according to specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pizza oven, coolers, and work area. Ensure the quality and consistency of pizza products.
Adhere to food safety standards at all times.
Line Cooks:Assist in preparing and setting up the prep line with everyday items.
Properly label items and maintain proper rotation in coolers.
Clean fryers and other cooking equipment as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:Previous experience as a line cook or pizza maker preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evening and late-night shifts. Weekends and holidays.
