JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Field Technician for K Technology will travel to our new and existing restaurants and hospitality partners to install and configure Toast, the point of system (POS), onboard and train management, and staff to use Toast, and provide technical support.
This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will have flexibility in which jobs they choose.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn the Toast POS system, become a product expert
Install and configure Toast hardware and networking devices including terminals, handhelds, printers, and other peripherals
Conduct onboarding and training sessions with company management and staff
Provide end-user support during onboarding and training sessions
Provide post-implementation support through Go-Live
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be bilingual: fluent in both Spanish and English
Previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is highly desired
Previous Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, especially Toast is highly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to organize, solve and troubleshoot quickly and efficiently

Ability to travel to partner locations if needed
Weekend availability
Ability to lift 25lbs
Minimum Degree Required: High School
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year of experience in restaurant/hospitality
