Key Responsibilities
Buses tables of dishware and sanitizes tables so it is thoroughly cleaned
Polishes stores safely
Assists servers in bringing drink and food orders tableside
Removes and breaks down boxes from receiving area
Assists FOH team in service, sidework and the guest experience
Sorts and disposes of trash (compost, recycling, and garbage)
May assist Dishwasher when needed in:
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the dish area at all times
Cleans and sanitizes all areas and surfaces of the restaurant including the exterior before and after service
Cleans and sanitizes dirty glassware, flatware, plate ware, kitchenware, and grill parts for cleaning before, during, and after service
