Aroma Espresso Bar is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our café, ensuring excellent customer service, taking orders, and dispatching food efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Assist customers with menu selections and answer any questions they may have.
Dispatch food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately.
Ensure the front of house area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills to take orders and interact with customers.
Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
