Santanas Kitchen & Cocktails is not your average Latin spot—we’re a boutique, family-run cafe making real food from scratch with heart, culture, and creativity. We’re looking for a full-time cook who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants more than just a line position. This role combines prep, line, and kitchen leadership in a setting that values integrity, organization, and respect—for the food, the space, the equipment and the team.
Who You Are:
You’re mature, calm under pressure, self-motivated, and can work mainly alone in a calm atmosphere
You take pride in WORKING CLEAN and staying organized.
You’re a great communicator—whether in English or Spanish.
You care about the food and want to get better, not just get by.
You know how to prep during slow periods and manage your own time.
You’re not a “hot head”—you show up ready to work, not complain.
Requirements:
Food handler’s certification (valid/current)
Experience in a scratch kitchen or a strong willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and keep a clean, tight station while in service
Knife skills and basic cooking technique required
Comfort working with Latin ingredients, or excited to learn!
