Packy's Sports Pub has been in business almost 14 years and there are no signs of slowing down. We are well known in the area for live music, pool, darts, sports and the Buffalo Bills. We are THE neighborhood bar in the area.
Business is great for us, even in the summer! So, we are looking to add to our kitchen staff. This time around we are looking for a (mostly) daytime Head Chef/Kitchen Manager and (mostly) evening line cooks. All kitchen staff must cook on the line, be able to cook alone, be able to open or close the kitchen, clean, prep, wash dishes, etc. Every position we have is a hands-on job. The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for ordering and receiving food, finding ways to reduce costs without impacting our food quality, helping with the schedule, following and enforcing food safety regulations and our policies, batch cooking, prep, line cooking and more.
