LINE COOKS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A KITCHEN SETTING.

WE PREFER COOKS WITH KNOWLEDGE OF MEDITERRANEAN/MIDDLE EASTERN CUISINE AND WILL CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE QUICK & AMBITIOUS LEARNERS!

PAY RANGES BETWEEN $14-$19 PER HOUR

PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE DURING EVALUATION, WITH POTENTIAL TO INCREASE.

NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY! CLOSE AT 2AM

Line cook duties/responsibilities consist of preparing food to the exact client's specifications and to set up (restocking) kitchen stations according to established set-up. The successful candidate will have the honor to play a key role in contributing to our customer's satisfaction and restaurant's goals. Line cooks will also be responsible for ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Line cooks must be able to comply with nutrition & sanitation regulations as well as general safety standards.
