We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service.
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role is a plus but not required.
Must be punctual, professional, and well-groomed.
